Ubiquitous launch, new vendors, large constellations – much has changed in a dynamic and evolving space ecosystem. What hasn’t changed but is too often ignored is the purpose of it all – delivering the whole Mission on time without sacrificing performance or reliability. At Muon Space, our modern space platform, Halo, is powering constellations that solve our customers’ most important Missions quickly, confidently and reliably. A crucial part of our formula for making customers successful is our Mission Formulation process. We leverage our expert team and our mission simulation platform, MuSim, to conceptualize and optimize the Mission early during Formulation. We then leverage this process and continuously iterate and mature the digital twin for the Mission throughout the entire lifecycle of satellite build, deployment, and operations to ensure predictable and reliable constellation performance. In this talk we’ll provide an overview of the Mission Formulation process, the technology that supports it, and give a case study demonstrating the power for our customers.
